Daniel Matoušek

In June 2013 Daniel sung his first student production as Rechtor/Komár in The Cunning Little Vixen by Leoš Janáček. In the cast of University of British Columbia he participated as the one only Czech singer.
In 2014 debuted Daniel in National theatre in Prague also in The cunning little vixen. In summer 2016 he has absolved EMA masterclasses with Wolfgang Scheidt with Mozart repertoire. Same year debuted in Pilsen Theatre in production of The magic flute. In 2017 he absolved Carangelo Belcanto academy masterclass in Cornuda (ITALY). In 2018 had debuted as Tamino in Northbohemian theatre in The magic flute, as Leoš Janáček in The diary of one who disappeared in Pilsen.

In summer 2018 he has performed Prince in open air production of Rusalka made vy RunOpeRun in Czech republic and Ferrando in Cosi fan tutte in concert with Northbohemian symphony orchestra. In september 2018 he has debuted as Don Ramiro in La Cenerentola in Theatre of Liberec and as Jeník in The Batered bride in Pilsen and also in musical production of The Fantom of the Opera (Ubaldo Piangi) in GOJA Music Hall in Prague.

In year 2019 he sung in National theatre in Prague in the production of L’amour des trois Oranges by S. Prokofjev. In summer he participated iSING Festival in Suzhou (China) where Daniel sung 6 concerts, 2 perfomances and 2 TV show and colaborate with pianist and artists from La Scala Milano, MET New York, Berlin Opera House etc. In season 2019/2020 he debuted in Operetta Mam´zelle Nitouche in Olomouc Theatre and Opava Theatre. In December debuted as Nadir in The Pearl Fishers.
